I have had to create a delete and install job with 11.0.20 slipstreamed into the installer package. This is a problem because I have hundreds of PC's to update. We use the Adobe Customization Wizard to create an installation package for a number of PC's with all the desired settings.Įver since 11.0.14 there have been no incremental updates (AdbeRdr11014_INCR.msp) on the FTP site as they now only have cumulatives. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch. Update: AdbeRdrUpd11021.msp and AdbeRdrUpd11021_MUI.mspĮrror: The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer Service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program.
